Does anyone on here use a TalkTalk email address? We have one each that we keep for certain things, but my OH is now unable to email me at my Hotmail email address because this is now 'blocked' by TalkTalk. Here's the message:
The following message to <(my correct email address here@hotmail.co.uk> was undeliverable. The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-"OU-002 (BAY004-MC6F10) Unfortunately, messages from 62.24.128.243 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our blocked list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors."
The error message referred to suggests it was 'policy or spam' but it was just a standard email, which he's sent me many times before.
