Delays are only an inconvenience to the rest of us but injuries, or worse, are catastrophic to those involved.

I agree TW. When we have been held up for an hour or two due to an accident I do not complain. I just think that I am fortunate not to be the one in the accident

It looks to be about half way down the first stretch of Lindale Hill, before the bend. Possibly the outfit was going too fast, it's not difficult to do going down there. There have been quite a number accidents around there.

Passed the scene to day on the way home. We could see damage to the left hand barrier half way round the long curve.

That's a part of the route that I'm always careful to keep my speed down on when towing.
