Something a little more cerebral than alphabetical lists.

Brassiere - used by night watchmen to warm their hands.

What you need is a description from the doctor.

My late elderly and slightly deaf aunt used to keep us in fits.

Taking her to visit her friend who had had a stroke she told me "The doctor said she has had a terrible haemorrhage".

She enjoyed a night crossing on the 'cross flannel cherry' by getting some sleep in a courgette.

She was relieved that her flu inoculation was done without using a hyperdeemic nerdle.

Cross flannel cherry is a lovely example of a spoonerism. That could spawn a whole new thread🤔
