I Remember When

I remember ,"  OLD  iRON & lUMBER ",,the Totters/scrap men with their horse & cart ,in South London..

I remember when I could get up without the sound effects  

I remember the winter of 1947 when we lived in Surrey and the "big boys" made an Igloo on the Big green (it did not look so big when i went back in 2012) it lasted as the Den for us all for months

I remember when rock was young, me & Suzie had so much fun, holding hands & skimming stones

The headmaster came to each classroom  and told us that the king had died , then also advised we would now have a queen in his place followed by "god save the queen"
