Now that the temperatures are dipping towards, or even below freezing, it's time to bring out those old favourites. Today was bubble and squeak with onion gravy and bangers. Next few days will see Lamb Shanks with Morrocan Bulgar Wheat and maybe a Chicken calabrese with plenty of paprika spice. There's always something to look forward to, even in miserable weather. Who's digging their casserole dishes out?
