What is this stuff?...

Buffalo Mozzarella with a piece of Tomato that was so big it didn't have room for any flavour. Buffalo Mozzarella?, what is this tasteless sponge masquerading as Cheese?. I was offered some Cheese, I went straight for the Wensleydale infused with Caramelised Onion(deep joy). I was asked to try the BM with oversized Tomato, I couldn't taste a thing, put some Olive Oil drizzle on it came a suggestion. Mmmmm, now it tastes of Olive Oil, which is good as I love anything Olives. Please will one of you foodies tell me what I am missing, or is it the Kings Clothes scenario?
