I know Christmas dinner is all about the meat but I love loads of veg for my lunch.
Must have veg for me are sprouts (lots of), roasted parsnips, broad beans and creamed leeks (lightly fried in butter and White wine and then mixed with a tub of cream just before serving).
I'm looking forward to it already!
What are your 'must haves' for Christmas dinner?
