at the ripe old age of ..... O.H. Has just cooked a piece of brisket for the first time following Jamie Oliver's recipe. Absolutely gorgeous, tender and tasty. Brisket is a cheap(er) cut than she would normally choose but cooked Jamie's way it really was superb.
Any other suggestions for cheap cuts of pork, beef and especially lamb?
