Homemade Burgers

I attempted my first ever homemade burgers over the weekend.

I made aubergine and chickpea burgers with garlic, ginger and various spices (bound with an egg), topped with fried onion, tikka paneer and mint/coriander yoghurt.

It was pretty amazing and my head is whirring with burger ideas. 

Anybody else made their own burgers?  Mine will always be vegetarian but any original meat based ideas I can easily come up with a veggie version.
