Favourite BBQ recipes

As the sun is out the OH and I have decided to have a BBQ tonight. Having read DSB and Whittakerr's tip with the camembert  on the Charcoal BBQ thread I thought I would give this ago. 

I'm also doing feta (sliced and sqaured) and cherry tomatos with a little drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar and a sprinkle of herbs, wrapped in foil. That always comes out very nice on the weber. 

I wondered if anyone had any good BBQ recipes to share for us all to try at home or on site?
