Eating

As there is a few posts about eating on here , as anyone experienced a loss of appetite as they have got older. I used to eat out at pubs on a regular basis but,now we tend not to go to pubs because I cannot eat the large meals that some pubs serve. I don't eat as much as I did 5years ago and you would think that I would lose weight but,unfortunately I don't, can't understand why.
