Cowman's Famous Sausage Shop

Thanks to fellow CTer Pliers, we paid a visit to this shop in Clitheroe this morning. What a fab place - about 50 different varieties of sausage on sale, plus award winning black pudding! And they put out trays to sample on the counter - almost like getting a cooked breakfast free of charge! 

For the record, we finally decided on Pork & Ginger and Pork & Blackstick Blue Cheese - so there's something to look forward to tomorrow evening!
