Which are the best roasting bags to buy that will not flake off during the cooking process?  We bought some Morrisons own brand bags, but after we had finsihed cooking the chicken on opening the bag, it crumbled leaving the wife to pick most of the bits of bag.

I've seen the Maggie ones advertised but have you used them Rocky?  To be honest, they don't sound like my idea of a tasty roast dinner.

Jill, don't think-crisp skin on Chicken but think-moist meat infused with herbs & spices. . . .Plus the juices as gravy. I have at least one a week due to the ease of prep & timeHappy & they're  not expensive either.

Interesting.  I'd still have veggie pans, roast potatoe trays and gravy dishes to wash though.
