Carvery tips

I like to vist a carvery now and again, and I understand that LordB has a season ticket at Toby Carveries........so I wondered whether you had any tips when visiting the buffet? Here's a couple......

Don't accept the extra Yorkshire pudding - takes up too much room on the plate.

When he asks which type of meat you want, just name one......then when he's put a full portion of that on say "....and I'll have a bit of beef [or whatever], please"
