Beef sausages

When touring we tend to use the slow cooker quite a bit and one of my favourite meals is a sausage casserole because we rarely ever have sausages at home. I had always eaten port sausages before but when touring Scotland last October we bought Aberdeen Angus beef sausages, about 90% - 95% beef content I believe, and they were really great. We bought them from Morrison’s but have tried the ones from ASDA once since we have been home and they too were good. If you normally only eat pork sausages I can highly recommend you try these high meat content beef ones, you won't be disappointed. Regards, Roy Sticking Tongue Out
