Bananas

Must be a Welsh thing as the ones we bought from Aldi on monday along with most of the "shortages" have been fine

I love bananas and buy them every week, but no, haven't noticed any deterioration in them recently.  I've certainly not had to throw any out at all.  Mainly bought at Tesco.

Is it where you are storing them?  I don't think they like the cold.

Dont have time to store I eat them or recently throw them away/

Certainly  no  problems  here  in  the  County  Palatine  !!

Get  mine  where  ever  I  am  shopping  --  ASDA,  M & S ,

Tesco,  McColls  (corner / paper shop),  Morrisons  but

I  do  get  50% ready  to  eat  &  50%  "Ripen  at  Home"

  normally  waiting  for  them  tho   !

Dare  not  go  to  Sainsbury  or  Waitrose  'cos   they  are

rather  further  away  and  I'd  have  started  on  them 

before  I  get  Home  

No problem here with them either, in fact the ones I got in Lidl on Sunday are lovely.

Don't forget to store them away from other fruit. They are lovely but are the bovver boys of the fruit bowl!!

No  worry  on  that  score  Merve,  they  disappear

faster  than  a  Coffee  &  Danish 

Yes, we have no 'rotten' bananas here either..
