Any non self basting frozen turkeys?

We usually get a frozen turkey for Christmas - on the basis that you really can't tell the difference between that and a fresh one when it's cooked.

However, we never buy those 'self basting' ones, as we really don't fancy one that's been injected with something (the Tesco ones have as their 'contents' 91% turkey and 9% baste - and the baste is constituted of some very nasty looking ingrediants).

It really isn't necessary - if you cook it long and slow it will not dry out, so this gloop is presumably just to bulk up the weight.

But this year, no one seems to sell any that aren't self basting - certainly non of the big supermarkets.
