Great thread about Cornish pasties (like Ann, I really wanted one as I read the messages!).

But where do the best meat pies come from? I put forward Clark's meat pies here in Cardiff. Really tasty with lots of filling. But don't try eating them straight from the bag when they are still hot! (when buying them from the pie shop). I once sat in my van munching on one, not noticing the gravy escaping and running down the front of me Embarassed

There's a pie made in Swansea which tastes nice (but inferior to the Clarkie!! Wink ).

So come on, start telling us your favourite pie and give it's makers name and where you can buy them.
