Can't  recall  seeing  a  Colt  PeaceMaker  being  drawn  from  a  "Quick Draw"  holster  tho ' !

Seriously  tho'  Francis  it's  as  good  a  Family  Show  as  any  on  TV  ==  Good  and  Bad  Characters,  various  motives  etc  etc  but  not  even  a  nasty  bark  from  Sykes  nevermind  a  hint  of  bad  language !!

As  the  thread  is  headed  ++  Entertainment  ++

I  honestly  think  it  was  a  good  move  for  Nettles  to  quit ==  He  was  getting  a  little  portly  as  He  aged ( Like  somebody  else   Embarassed    !!)

By the number of people murdered in that village over the years,   its surprising that there are anybody left alive at all.

I know exactly what you mean K.  We have been saying that for years.  Should we ever move house, I wouldn't be moving there...  Laughing   In spite of that, it's a good series.

We like the new Barnaby we didnt think we would but he has fitted in very well also I like the new DS. The locations are great last summer when we were staying in Oxford we went on the Midsomer driving tour it was great taking in many of the villages and pubs used in the series the book cost £5 and gives you tge directions we spent 2 days exploring Midsomer and survived lol

Some years back one episode was filmed in Fareham on the old A27 road to Titchfield. All the production wagons parked up in the layby opposite the college.
