Looking forward to the new Star Wars film.  Think we'll go and see it in IMAX, should be awesome.  Hope it is more true to the original 3, the last 2 had something lacking imo.

Seems hard to believe you lot have gone all these years without seeing a Star Wars film ! They have also been on t v loads of times  (Have you all not had kids  )So what have you lot been watching ! Undecided

Took my children, when they were young, to see the first Star Wars film and I was so bored that I fell asleep!  Laughing  Wouldn't want to watch them on TV, I would prefer to clean the oven!!! Laughing

Write your comments here...Or watch paint dry.  -- The characters are so unbelievable that the series might of been written by somebody so high on drugs that they were hallucinating.    Who can possibly think that Yoda, Jabba and Jar Jar came from someone in full control of his/her mind.

Those films are produced purely to enable merchandising with scant concern for entertainment IMO

My youngest is in the games industry, he's a special effects artist. Star Wars has always been his favourite movies, as soon as it was announced when it was going to be released he booked his ticketSmile He's also a Lego freak, his almost 8 years old son is the same, books, magazines, games, Star War lego, you name it they want it. My son was totally devistated when he found out that I'd given his Star War figures to a little boy in the village 21 years ago. He often reminds me of how much the original figures would fetch nowFrown he also had a Star Wars duvet cover, which I now use when decorating to cover furniture.

Seems I will have to wait to see it.  My local IMAX cinema is fully booked.  Should have prebooked it like my son in law did.  Gutted.
