Just came back from the evening walk with the dog.  Autumn watch is on the TV --Great viewing.

Yes, good to see the team back, although I'll have to watch it on catch up tomorrow. A good example of what the BBC can do really well! Happy

Pity its only on this week ,always good, as we are doing that RSPB reserve next week (as well as Monkey world)

Ha,  as  one who  suffers  from  "White Coat  Syndrome"  I  was  delighted  when  a  young  Nursing  trainee  took  BP  last  week  &  said  :---  120  over  65  !!

I settled  for  that,  big  time.  Seeing  doc  next  week  &  he  will  tell  me  to  go  &  watch  TV  instead  of  wasting  his  time  !!
