Just came back from the evening walk with the dog.  Autumn watch is on the TV --Great viewing.

Yes, good to see the team back, although I'll have to watch it on catch up tomorrow. A good example of what the BBC can do really well!

Ha,  as  one who  suffers  from  "White Coat  Syndrome"  I  was  delighted  when  a  young  Nursing  trainee  took  BP  last  week  &  said  :---  120  over  65  !!

I settled  for  that,  big  time.  Seeing  doc  next  week  &  he  will  tell  me  to  go  &  watch  TV  instead  of  wasting  his  time  !!

It was lovely to see they were filming at Arne, it's so beautiful there....hope it doesn't get too popular...Brue 140/70 

Those Golden Eagles are magnificent aren't they? What a privilege to see them close up! 

Just hope  they  don't  start  nicking  your  lunch  like  them  gulls  do,  moulesy  mate  !

P.S.  They  are  indeed  magnificent  !
