Apparently, that was the one recording he hated - having been persuaded to do it for purely commercial reasons.  There's a great video on You Tube of his last performance, last September - makes me feel old, though 

 For your love by the Yardbirds. One of the first albums I bought. I did swap it for a BSA front wheel 20 years later!!

Along with Jimi, the best guitarists.
