Agreed jonray, its so easy to forget that 19 other clubs are after beating his side twice a year, every year. Occasionally some manage it, but let's wait & see how many good clubs offer him 'Sanctuary' next year - personally I hope he gets a decent club or finishes totally. I'd hate to see him fighting for scraps with a second rate outfit.

A win rate of 57.3% over 22 years. Not a bad track record for someone who was effectively "Sacked". If football is the "Beautiful game" the vast majority of Wenger's sides made a great contribution to enriching it. I am not an Arsenal supporter but when some of his teams were 'on fire' they were virtually unplayable for spells of a match. How long will Arsenal's next manager last? - I wonder!

The only thing that I can say against Arsene Wenger is that his ability to see every foul, offside (from the half way line) and every bad decision against Arsenal but not once admitting his or his team's errors was very annoying.
However, what ungrateful supporters Arsenal and many other teams have when turning against a great servant to their clubs.
Not many clubs have found a better manager after sacking the one they had.
