I've just been contacted by his great little charity which I joined when I retired, almost 4 years ago. They are based in Hayle, Cornwall and they provide volunteers to look after and walk pets for the elderly or incapacitated so that they can continue to enjoy the company of their beloved pets. I'm about to get in touch with my first "client", apparently a lady who has an 8 year old female labrador but who cannot walk her any more for health reasons - looking forward to meeting Daisy (the labrador!) This is a very worthwhile charity who don't get much publicity but they have a  national network of volunteers. So for anyone who likes animals and likes to get out and about, look them up and you may be able to do a litttle bit of good in your local area. Happy. Use left and right arrows to navigate.
