Recovering After Intensive Care

Intensive care is an extremely traumatic experience. Patients coming out of an ICU can often suffer from a number of issues - including Post-Traumatic Stress.

As an ex-patient of intensive care, I'm now closely involved with the "ICU Steps" charity - which offers support and practical help.
