Children in need

I apologize if I have missed a previous posting on this subject but I have a suggestion to make and would be interested in your views. There are several millions collected every year for this appeal and it goes to deserving causes apparently. I can think of no more a deserving cause than the tragedy in the Phillipines and would be delighted if the way could be seen to send a large proportion of this fund to the children there. It is very upsetting to see the children literally starving(and their parents of course). What do you thinkl?
