we are looking at buying a 2021 Bailey Grande se Messina 4 berth gorgeous van and we wanted an 8ft wide one

we asked about its habitation check,in 2022 the bottom of the caravan drawings show 11 and twelve percent and the 2023 show this number has risen to 13 and 14 etc ,the seller seems a lovely bloke who has only been caravanning a year and hes not trying anything on.But we are worried by the fact the van is only a couple of years old and the readings are rising, should we walk away from buying this,we cannot afford to be out the cost of repairs ,we were hoping this would be our last caravan that will last a few years.i have uploaded the 2022 readings and the March 2023 readings,Are we just being too worried as its the most we will ever have spent on a caravan ?

thankyou in advance for any advice given
