Powrtorch Guarantee no quibble

I had a new Powrtorch Evolution Motor Mover fitted to my new Coachman in 2017.

I chose Powrtorch because of their 5 year no quibble guarantee.

This year when travelling along a motorway the grey plastic offside cover flew off the mover could have caused an accident.

I thought that this would be covered under guarantee as it should not have came off,however Powrtorch said no its not covered and were not interested at all.

Their response was:-

1, Broad Lane did not fit the mover correctly  

2, Some one had tampered with the mover

3, I had caught the mover

None of the above are correct.

To add insult to injury I was told by Powrtorch to buy a new cover from their website but guess what they are out of stock.
