Hi Folks, Please can anyone who owns a Coachman VIP 460 fitted with a Powertouch mover, recommend a suitable leisure battery, thanks

Doesn't matter what the caravan is as makes no difference. It depends on what you want the battery to do. powrtouch recommend no smaller than 85a I think. will you be off grid or always on EHU as if off grid the bigger the better.

I'd buy the biggest capacity battery that will fit in the battery locker 👍

Though it would not be the lithium ion battery as fitted to the VW Camper as shown in the last Club magazine at £650 😮

Yes get the biggest capacity that will fit your battery box; a 110 ah should be fine. Wow the lithium ion costs £650surprised.

I have a 2008 Coachman 550/5 with powertouch, just fitted a Numax XV 110ah, it replaced my old Numax battery which had been on since caravan was new so i saw no harm in replacing like with like.
