Fantastic Service

When we bought our Elddis Explore last year I had a purple line mover fitted. This stopped working on my return yesterday. I immediately got fantastic service over the phone. With Simon their engineer helping me diagnose the problem. When I told him I needed to move the caravan the day after next, he agreed to test the control box if I could get it to him. This I did and within the hour I was on my way home with a new control box. Now fitted and working. I think everyone would agree this is really fantastic service. I can't praise them enough
