Workers on Club Sites

I am not sure if this subject has been approached before but we are currently on a site which is not quite full but has at least 50% of the current occupants who are obviously people working in the area. One van is so tatty  it looks like it has been rescued from the scrap yard.

I spoke to the wardens who say they are put in a difficult situation when a member turns up and books for a week or more. I do suppose that it helps to pay the site costs but is very annoying when you know that people have been turned away at weekends and half the pitches are taken up by people who have left their vans empty and gone home. Some of the vans on here a have not been occupied for the last week.

Won't mention the site as the wardens are very helpful and are also concerned.
