WiFi, should it be free on site?

Should we be paying for WiFi on CC sites in the 21st century.

I do understand that not everyone requires or even wishes to use this facility, a bit like not everyone wishes to use an on site facility like washing machines, irons, play areas, showers and toilets etc, some of these require additional payment (optional) some are prepayed (not optional)

Instead of each site having wifi and loading the wallets of these 'Angel' people, why not have 3G signal boosters?

Ok I'm not altogether savvy with all these techy things but I'm sure its possible.
