Hi all,
We just wanted to keep you informed on the situation of Wi-Fi on Club Sites from the August 2014 update on the website.
We promised to improve the reliability of our sites' Wi-Fi across all Wi-Fi enabled sites, this work is now complete. However, we also promised to improve the performance of Wi-Fi; this work will shortly be underway, and we expect to see on many of our sites an increase in speeds that they are currently seeing.
This work has now been planned for 101 of the 111 Wi-Fi enabled sites during August - this will really make a difference to the experience, especially on sites where we currently have very limited bandwidth; and perhaps less of a difference to sites in London, where we already had access to high speed internet, but even there we expect you will notice a difference.
To enable this to happen there will be a period of around 28 hours of downtime of Wi-Fi. To find out more information on this, what sites will be affected and when this will be taking place please read our >>> website article <<<.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but hope that the improved bandwidth and speed of Wi-Fi on Club sites will be a real benefit and we appreciate your patience.
