Wi-fi at Cirencester?

We have booked 4 nights at Cirencester on our way north and have several hours of purchased internet access which we had planned to use there before the 12 month expiry date on 8th July.

However, I have just read the recent reviews on Cirencester, and it seems there is a problem there, though it is not mentioned on the Club update as it has not totally failed.

If we are unable to use our purchased time due to this problem, does anyone know whether we can get the 12 months extended?
