What is happening to our Club?

We have just retuned home after a 4 week "tour". Derby The Firs (Derby). Rutland Caravan Club Site, Barney AF Site(Norfolk),  Tewkesbury CC Site, and finally Cirencester. So, what is it it that has caused me write this? 1. Arrivals before 12.00, i.e. often between 10.00 - 11.00. Approach to many sites are very narrow. Leaving Cirencester On Saturday 1st August, we had to manoeuvre round a caravan and motor home. During the week we had arrivals just gone 10.00!! This problem is not unique to Cirencester either. 2. Speeding. 5 - 10 mph, so why oh why at 20mph +.  The latest excuse is my car is an automatic!  Large 4x4 appear to be the worst culprits. Motor-homes are no exception 3. Dogs, rules are on leads and under control on the dog walk.  We've dog walkers late at night allowoing their dog to do their business under the cover of darkness and pee up the awnings! Dogs left in vans during the day, dogs off the lead with owners throwing ball , chasing children, etc.. Dogs uncontrolled yapping. 4. Postioning caravans/motorhomes etc..Most receptions have an easy example on display i.e. car/caravan/awning. so why oh why do we have more and more doing their "own thing"?  The increase in HUGE motorhomes/converted coaches and "third wheel" tourers, are becomoing a nightmare. Pitches are based on "standard norms". So the HUGE vehicles with accompanying cars cannot even fit within their designated pitch. So, very selfish owners, a set of club rules, the Wardens, what needs to be done?  Early arrivals, the Wardens can surley refuse entry?? Speeding, wardens make it clear on arrival, if reported a polite warning, then off the site? Dogs, wardens do walk the site, a polite word, 1st complaint then off the site? And so on? So, is it only down the  Wardens? Or is it down to Club members/Owners to grow up, stop being so selfish, stop being dangersous and abide by the rules? Or should we rip the Caravan Club Rule book up and have a free for all. This is surely in the hands of Members? Thoughts??
