Washing machines

Hi,

Does anyone know if club sites charge to use the spin cycle on washing machine?

To keep cost down I was thinking of doing some  hand washing rather than use washing machine then just spin and either put on airer or dryer.

I normally do 2 to 3 washed a week in van at the cost of £6+ each.

Thanks

The OP was asking how to keep the cost down.   Washing in the sinks then putting it in the machines for rinse and spin for £1 is really easy.  It is much less time consuming than having to hang around for a full cycle too.

I got that, but you wrote:

Can’t understand why anyone would pay £4 for the full programme when the sinks are right next to the machines!

So, JK and I were helping you to understand. wink

If the machines are still the same, the £1 setting is for Rinse and Spin, so super easy to hand wash in the sinks and put straight in the machine.  Can’t understand why anyone would pay £4 for the full programme when the sinks are right next to the machines!

Happy days!

Surely it would depend on what you were washing and/or how much you were washing!

Hi,

Thanks for info, if we can do spin for £1 will wash by hand and spin dry and hang up. We have no room or weight left for a portable washer.

Do 2 to 3 washed a week so save some money.

Thanks
