Uttoxeter Site - 11 hours Cancelation Notice

Due to arrive on site tomorow. Received a call from the Warden telling me he has cancelled my booking. The time of the call was 16.07hrs. I asked if the site was closed, he informs me it is not but it has been raining for days and he does not want my motorhome damaging his grass ( no hard standings at this site)

So it appears as a member I get pulled over the coals if I do not give 72hours notice of cancellation, but the club can cancel with less than 11 hours notice. We are on the road and need to find another site.

It appears the grass on CC sites is becoming more important than members.

No point complaining as you get the usual run of the mill bogstandard reply.

This is no longer a club and I no longer feel a member I'm just an inconvenience to wardens, who see us all as nothing but a bother to them. 25 year member who doubt he willme making it 26

Got a pitch with the CCC no problem and joined there club. Looks like they appreciate my custom
