Below is may site review for Uttoxeter, having read the reviews previously posted we were unsure what to expect. But does this not reprieve the point that reviews are mainly left by people, with a gripe.

I do wonder what some people want! Reading he reviews on here it was with some trepidation that we ventured out for the Staffordshire day race weekend, but how wrong can the reviews be. This site does exactly as it says, it does not pretend to be an all singing all dancing chatsworth house, it is a racecourse site that gives great access on race days, massive dog walk, great kids play area and a fantastically different caravan experience. The atmosphere on race day was great, watch it get set up, see the jockeys walk the course, and then loose some money all from the comfort of the deck chair behind the van. Bill and Denise were more than welcoming, helpful and friendly. We were very curiously asked to reposition my wife's car on race day, no issues, no attitude. Just doing their job! Yes the toilets are not to the club model, but so what, variety is the spice of life, they were warm with plenty of hot water. If you don't like it you have an expensive bathroom that you tow behind the car, use it!! We will be back, and it is only 15 miles from home so even better!

Can my comments please be passed onto the wardens as I feel that they are unduly criticised.
