Trailers on main sites - Club Policy

Been trying to find something on this but not been unable to.

Will shortly be stopping at a main site on the way to a large Harley rally. We will have our single axle fibreglass trailer on the back with the bike inside. Does anybody know what the clubs policy is regarding if we can park it at the side of the m/ home. Obviously security is an issue and leaving in another parking area is not preferred as insurance implications creep in?
