My wife and I live in Denmark and have caravanned together since the mid 80's  and have been mainly focussed on France, where we have had the pleasure of talking to many British people who enjoy travelling in France.

We are now planning to visit South East and West England via Calais and are looking for advice re recommendable nice sites, where we can enjoy the countrysidewith our dog.

We plan on spending considerable time in Cornwall but would also to amble past Brighton, Lymington and everything in between.

I have been looking at Sheepcote Lane in Brighton but I also see some negative reviews and since this will probably be the only trip we make to this area I would hate to disappoint my wife. We have always been willing to pay the extra buck to get good quality service, (being one of the reasons I took out membership of the Caravan Club), so if there is anybody out there who could maybe help us avoid unnecessary disapointments, we would appreciate it.

Thanks in avance.
