The scenic route

Whilst the Brues are stuck at home but never the less enjoying the sunshine, my mind drifts to some lovely travelling routes that Mr Brue complains he never sees as he's too busy concentrating on the road ahead. Apart from the route that leads straight from home here are three of my favourites:

Going over the Severn Suspension Bridge into Wales (at a price but it's worth it!) Leaving the busy area of Manchester behind and approaching Shap Fell in the lakes on the M6. Finally the Drumochter Pass on the way to the Highlands. Do you enjoy some scenic routes too?
