Televisions in awnings

There are lots of comments on the site about noisy children, dogs etc. Some sites ask people not to put televisions in awnings because of the disturbance of others. We have been kept awake on a number of occasions by TVs or loud talking into the wee small hours in awnings. I'm not into lots of rules, but how about some courtesy to others guildelines about not having TVs on in awnings or lots of talking in awnings after a certain time? Anyone else think the same?
