Smoke-free zones?

Does anyone else find it offensive to sit out underneath your canopy and share neighbouring cigarette smoke?

On our last trip away we were generally early risers and as such out with the dog before the neighbours were up and about .. but what that did mean was that we got to enjoy our early morning cigarette courtesy of next door o_0.  The smoke obviously continued through the day as unfortunately our neighbours were parked so their door faced our back door .. so no escape

Should there be an allocated smoke-free area for those who find passive smoking unacceptable?
