Site Name Changes

Just had a quick glance at this month's magazine, and noticed the list of site names that have been changed, just wondering what the reason is behind this, can understand Blackwall Plantation changed to Carsington Water, but did it really matter, Top Lodge will now be Stamford, if the reasoning is to reflect the location of the sites, well Top Lodge was at an area in the forest called Top Lodge, or has somebody been sat in an office with nothing to do
