Right to reply?

I've been onto Putts Corner Club Site today and written a review about this delightful site. However, I was dismayed to read that some member's misconceptions were not corrected. For example, one chap says he was asked not to wash his van because of the bore hole on this site. I understood that you were not allowed to do this on ANY site, let alone one with a bore hole. Another member was commenting about being asked for cash for gas/toilet chemicals. I'm aware that wardens use their own funds to purchase these supplies and that there is no facility for reimburesement via the card system. - Thus you need to pay for things like this with cash on all club sites. Surely, if wardens or the Caravan Club had a right to reply to such comments, misconceptions could be corrected and explained.
