Point me in the right direction on club rules

Could someone please let me know where I can find the Club Rules on cleaning windows of your caravan/motohome on site.  We have just returned from Derbyshire where we were approached by the Warden to say that we were not allowed under Club Rules to clean the vehicle windows due to health & saftey reasons.  I would have thought for health & safety reasons it was important to clean windows/reversing cameras on your vehicle.
