Open all year round

We are looking to take the caravan away for one week over New Year andsurprise surprise, many of our options have been taken away by weekend long term bookings.  Ifound this sofrustrations that we are not likely to book the the Caravan Club this year.  It's a shamereally as the campsite has availability other than the fri- sun so technically they are loosing money doing this. Does anyone know a way around this?
