Old Hartley

We are planning on an overnight stop at Old Hartley as it is in a convenient location on our journey north.  The site looks very nice and seems to have decent reviews.

We would only be overnighting, but can anyone tell me how close the coastal path is to the cliff edge?  I am terrified of heights, but will need to walk the dog!!

Are there any walks out of the "top end" of the site?
