This is a question to the person responsible for new site builds, having spent a few days at Bridlington CC site, I'm wondering if the 12 month survey has been carried to check that the Main Contractor's work is in good order.

The reason why I ask is that, there are problems with the access road drainage, whereby water stands on the road as the drain grating is higher than the road surface, there is ponding on the footpath and the footpath is cracking.

These things need to be corrected before the CC have to spend money on something that is the duty of the Main Contractor.

In the gents toilets, the siting of the 2 hairdryers and hand dryer puzzle me, in as much as if someone is using  a hairdryer then the sink is obstructed also when using the handdryer, 1 of the urinals is obstructed, there may be a logical reason, but sorry I don't see it.
