NEGATIVE Alderstead Heath CC no nothing!

Just got back from Alderstead Heath CC. Well I have to say how disappointed I am.

 Surely I must be due a refund / part refund from "THE CLUB"?

I found the staff not to be the most freindly of sites to say the least, very matter of fact.

Where do I start? Well how about:

How would you feel: (after paying for "luxuries") that were out of use:

NO SHOWERS.....

NO TOILETS.......

NO CHEMICAL TOILET EMPTYING POINT....

NO GREY WASTE EMPTYING... (UNDER THE HEDGE WILL HAVE TO DO THEN AS i AM NOT TAKING IT HOME WITH ME)

NO "MOTORHOME" TOILET OR GREY WASTE EMPTYING....

NO NOTHING!

Anyone else not happy about this?  

Why didnt "the club" get some porta loos in at least people could then go to the toilet,,, I felt really sorry for the members that were in tents there.

Not at all happy with the "tough, couldnt care less attitude"

I am not going to use any more CC sites but revert back to CL sites from now on. I was also surprised by the number of seasonal pitches that looked real eye sores (long grass, black grubby filthy caravans~) and also non members being allowed in? Whats the point of paying membership?
